These guys are awful and only care about your money. Refused to refund me when I cancelled my subscription on the day of an annual renewal. They could help if they wanted but their policy is to screw you over instead.

Hopefully they get dropped as provider for Scotland's football. Fans deserve better than this lot.

Great channels for a range of popular sports. Have subscribed for a couple years and very pleased with the channels. Mostly for rugby union but lots of other football and wide range of socialist sports. Great value really.

Very helpful, had premier player but recently got sky so put premier sports on to the package, was in a 6 month contract for premier player but they agreed to cancel it!

I joined Premier Sports when they got the Serie A rights a couple of years back. They then added LaLiga which you get as a dedicated channel and price has remained the similar. I watch mainly via Sky but also have the App on phone which I use from time to time. Never had any major issues with it. Overall I am quite happy with service and value for money.

Been using this since way back when it was Setanta Sports! I subscribe for the NHL - cancelled it a while back due to the Covid 2020 season issues. Just renewed it with the SKY £80 Annual pass offer, which you can't really complain about. c£6.70 per month!! They were excellent on the phone after a few issues online. The call is expensive as it's still an 0871 number sadly. As for my online issue I have fixed it now by changing my login email to all lower case, so worth a try if you have the same. The annual renewal will happen if I don't cancel so I've diarised for 11 months and I'll check it then to decide if I'm happy to auto-renew. If not I'll just cancel. They also explained all that to me. So, I can't complain really they've done what was expected and well.

There are so many bad reviews of Premier Sports and I can't understand it, so thought I'd leave a positive one.I started by subscribing to La Liga TV for which they sent me a Sky viewing card. (Although I have two Sky boxes I don't subscribe to Sky)It activated no problem. I then upgraded to the full Premier package via the website as they got some of the Celtic and Rangers games. Channels came on immediately. I've been paying £9.99 a month by direct debit for around 6 months now and never been overcharged or anything of that nature.Last week I noticed on the website that I could have had the channels on my other Sky box free of charge. I E-mailed Premier and asked for another viewing card for my second box. It arrived this morning and activated no problem.I have used the Premier Player once whilst I was at a log cabin and never had any problems with the streaming quality, although that is the one and only time I've used it.I am honestly the first person to complain about poor customer service, or bad quality products but I honestly don't have a bad word to say about Premier Sports.Cheers guys,Andrew

Just signed up to premier sport player app.for 6 months. I cast to my tv with chrome cast from my iPad with broadband min speed of 36.The picture is mostly good but often get a bit jerky which spoils the viewing.Any info on how to improve the quality would be great.

I think PremierSports is excellent particularly since swapping to Sky Q, not subscribing to them, but discovering they are sending a free signal to my home. What's not to like? Free Serie A and La Liga.

Looking at the reviews seems like I’m an outlier here, but just wanted to add my experiences so far with Premier Sports. I signed up last week so I could watch the Stanley Cup playoffs, I don’t have an active sky subscription but do have a working box that just shows freeview. Because of this I couldn’t sign up online as you need to put in a viewing card number. So I rang them instead and explained the situation. They sent out a viewing card which arrived the next day (surprising as was told it could take up to 7 days) and called them back up to progress my subscription. Gave them the viewing card number and within 5 mins or so I had the hockey coming through. Also got the NHL is back discount where it’s half price for two months, then going back to the normal rolling monthly price of £11.99 at which point I will either cancel or go over to the minimum 6 months at £9.99. Overall a really fast and efficient process and had absolutely no issues with them whatsoever. That could change come time for cancelling etc but so far so good, and the picture is great!!
